As an Online English Teacher, you will:

• Conduct engaging 1:1 English lessons
• Create a friendly and encouraging learning environment
• Adapt lessons to each student's age, level, and learning goals
• Encourage students to actively speak English
• Provide corrections and constructive feedback
• Arrive on time and be prepared for scheduled classes
• Communicate with the management team
• Maintain a consistent teaching schedule once availability has been confirmed

We are looking for teachers who are:

• Native English speakers (UK, USA, Australia, South Africa)
• Confident teaching online
• Friendly, patient, and engaging
• Reliable and punctual
• Professional and responsible
• Able to build positive relationships with students
• Available to commit consistently to their confirmed teaching schedule
• Have a stable and reliable internet connection suitable for online video classes
• Have a quiet and suitable environment for teaching

Experience teaching children, teenagers, or adults is welcome.

Teaching hours are generally between 5:00 PM and 12:00 AM Korea Standard Time (KST), Monday to Friday.

Our peak teaching hours are 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM KST, Monday to Friday, and we are particularly looking for teachers who can keep these hours consistently available.

These are our busiest teaching hours, and new students will be assigned to available slots during this period as they enroll.

Teachers are expected to provide consistent weekday availability and only confirm times that they can reliably commit to on a regular basis.

Once your availability has been confirmed and students have been assigned, you are expected to maintain those confirmed teaching times.

Reliability, consistency, and commitment to your confirmed schedule are essential requirements of the position.
